Safeguard Global Philippines Inc (Philippines) is seeking a Talent Solutions Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients, collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and connect them with top talent.

This hands-on role focuses on sourcing, candidate engagement, client partnership, and successful placements across multiple vacancies and locations, with no sales duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment, multi-client recruitment, or end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Strong direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy briefing and sourcing to interviews, offers, and placements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, agree recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates.
• Proactively source, engage, screen, and assess candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Manage multiple vacancies across different clients, roles, and locations while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with specialist Sourcing Teams and agency partners to build strong talent pipelines.
• Share market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and hiring challenges.
• Ensure accurate recruitment records, positive candidate experience, and continuous improvement in delivery.
