Job summary

Safeguard Global in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Implementation Team Lead to lead and empower a team of Implementation Project Specialists and Project Managers, ensuring seamless, high-quality implementations and successful client go-lives.

You will combine people leadership, project oversight, and client focus to drive operational excellence, manage risks, and ensure every integration is delivered on time and transitions smoothly into ongoing service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach implementation teams to meet targets and deliver excellent client experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects with clear ownership and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor backlogs, workloads, KPIs, and forecasts to keep projects on track.
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and support escalations.
• Ensure high service standards and smooth handovers to ongoing operations.

We’re looking for an experienced Implementation Team Lead to lead and empower a team of Implementation Project Specialists and Project Managers, ensuring seamless, high-quality implementations and successful client go-lives.

In this role, you’ll combine people leadership, project oversight, and client focus to drive operational excellence, manage risks, and ensure every implementation is delivered on time and transition smoothly into ongoing service delivery.

How you will make a difference

• Lead, coach, and motivate implementation teams to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely go-lives, clear ownership, and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor project backlogs, workloads, KPIs, and forecasts to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and support complex client and worker escalations.
• Ensure high service standards, SLA achievement, accurate reporting, and smooth handovers to ongoing operations.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, provide constructive feedback, and support team training and onboarding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement.
