We are looking for a Team Leader – HR Data Management to lead the daily operations and service delivery of an HR shared services function, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle, talent and onboarding, HRIS/data management, and offboarding processes.
The role will oversee team performance, workload distribution, service quality, SLA achievement, process improvement, and stakeholder management while ensuring accurate, efficient, and confidential HR data administration.
The ideal candidate has strong people management, HR operations, HRIS/ATS, employee lifecycle, and shared services experience, preferably supporting global stakeholders.
Lead daily operations covering talent, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR data management.
Manage case management, request distribution, assessment, and resolution.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency of team deliverables.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for complex process-related concerns.
Manage team utilization, work planning, task allocation, and completion.
Monitor SLA, quality, productivity, and process efficiency metrics.
Prepare and coordinate operational and status reports.
Support the development and delivery of training plans for new and existing processes.
Contribute to the creation, updating, and distribution of SOPs, process documentation, and tools.
Identify and implement process and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform individual and ad hoc HR, onboarding, talent, and data management tasks as needed.
Lead and promote a culture of teamwork, innovation, and excellent customer service.
Coach, motivate, and support team members in their daily operations and performance.
Set and discuss performance objectives aligned with company OKRs.
Monitor team progress, accuracy, and performance against agreed metrics.
Provide technical guidance and support on complex HR processes and issues.
Identify development opportunities and implement team member development plans.
Conduct periodic performance appraisals and appropriate follow-ups.
Support hiring and building the team's competency and capability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR partners, stakeholders, and global counterparts.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different geographies and business areas.
Understand business requirements and ensure HR services are delivered effectively.
Handle confidential employee and candidate information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in:
People management
HR management
End‑to‑end employee lifecycle
Ticket/case management
Direct handling of international candidates
Shared services operations
Experience leading a team in a global/shared services environment.
Strong knowledge of talent, onboarding, and employee lifecycle data management.
Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and tools across the employee lifecycle.
Hands‑on experience with ATS, hiring, ERP, HRIS systems, databases, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of performance, quality, productivity, and SLA metrics.
Experience working with multicultural teams and stakeholders across different locations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in a fast‑paced, growing, or startup environment is highly desirable.
Willingness and flexibility to support CET/AEST schedules, when required.
Experience with Workday or other ATS/Hiring/ERP systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Experience in data reporting and analytics.
Strong problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and conflict management skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
