You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations, supervise room attendants, and manage department budgets and supplies to maintain top service levels.

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader - Housekeeping who will ensure that all areas of the hotel are well-presented and all team members deliver an unmatched level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.

In this role, you will assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping Department, including the training and supervision of room attendants as well as managing the budget allocation and supplies for the department.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates would have held a similar role in reputable hotels, and shall possess the following qualities:

• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills with high regard for details and accuracy
• Effective leadership skills
• Working knowledge of different computer applications and housekeeping systems
• This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights
