Job summary

Extend Your Team is seeking a Team Leader (HELOC) in the Philippines to oversee debt-related document processing and client coordination. You will supervise a team handling Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will engage with Legal, Compliance, and external title parties, drive SLA adherence, and coach staff to improve performance. Strong written English and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling US loan or mortgage tasks, with leadership experience.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC Refi processing.
• Experience coaching or managing a team in document processing or loan operations.
• Comfort owning SLAs, quality metrics, and escalation paths for a team.
• Strong stakeholder management with Legal, Compliance, and external parties.

We are reinventing consumer credit. We wildly reduce the cost of capital by using technology to easily tap into people’s assets. Our first product is the world's cheapest credit card – backed by home equity. Using many patented technologies, we sped up a process that usually takes 4-6 weeks and thousands of dollars down to as fast as 15 minutes and $0 to get.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements
• Filing security documents with appropriate governmental entities
• The verifying client provided documents during the account creation process
• Assisting in the preparation and filing of account closing documents
• Assisting other departments with document requests and record-keeping

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of experience handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks, with 2+ years in a lead, supervisor, or team management capacity
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC Refi processing
• Demonstrated experience coaching or managing a team in a document processing, mortgage, title, or loan operations environment
• Comfort owning SLAs, quality metrics, and escalation paths for a team
• Strong stakeholder management skills – able to work directly with Legal, Compliance, and external parties (title companies, county recorders)
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; excellent written English
• Experience using customer communication and task management programs, Google Drive, and Email
• Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
• Exposure to Automation or building AI bots is a plus
• Flexibility to work US Pacific time 9 AM to 7 PM (with a 1-hour break), including coverage planning across time zones
