Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines, is hiring a Field Collection Supervisor to lead a dynamic team and drive cash collection targets. You will oversee routing, field visits, and performance coaching while ensuring compliance.

The role requires 2-3 years in field collection or supervisory work, strong leadership, skip tracing knowledge, and the ability to analyze data and report insights. Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years in field collection or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Familiar with collections processes and skip tracing.
• Able to plan routes, use GPS tracking, and generate reports.
• Capable of handling conflict with customers and team members.
• Basic data analysis and Excel reporting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
• Familiarity with local geography is a plus.

• Monitor performance per bucket (e.g., 31-60 DPD, 61-90 DPD, 91+ DPD).
• Compliance & Quality ControlEnsure adherence to company policies and code of conduct.
• Review and validate visit reports, proofs of visits, and customer engagements.
• Report any suspicious activity or performance red flags.
• Operational SupportProvide support during customer escalations and sensitive accounts.
• Coordinate with other departments like Legal, Verification, and HR for aligned actions.
• Handle collector scheduling, route optimization, and manpower assignments.
• Reporting & MonitoringSubmit regular reports on collection performance, visit ratios, and field challenges.
• Track absenteeism, visit efficiency, and visit-to-collection conversion rates.
• Recommend disciplinary action if needed based on verified performance issues.
• Field EngagementConduct random spot checks or accompany field collectors during high-risk visits.
• Validate addresses or field issues especially in skip tracing or legal-served accounts.
