Job summary

DHL is seeking a warehouse associate in Calabarzon, Philippines to support inbound/outbound operations, inventory control and order fulfillment. The role emphasizes adherence to safety procedures, quality standards and efficient handling of goods using WMS and ERP systems.

You will collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments. Responsibilities include order picking, packing, shipping, reporting incidents, and participating in monthly safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience in inventory management, inbound/outbound operations, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Safety & Security: follow SOPs and report hazards.
• Co-operate with supervisors; participate in training and safety meetings.
• Ensure quality standards and report deviations or issues impacting customers.
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses and CAPA actions.
• Support daily warehouse tasks including receiving, put-away, picking and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Security
• To fully co-operate and follow directions of supervisors on matters relating to HSE, including attending related training;
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation; at least 1 Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Conversation per month;
• Report to supervisor any defect or hazard;
• Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions and statutory requirements;
• Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area i.e. rules of docks/PPE, etc.;
• Use safety equipment where it is provided;
• Attend safety training when requested and comply with the content of any training received;
• Attend monthly Workplace Health and Safety Committee Meeting.
• Quality
• Ensure that the quality standards of the area on a daily basis;
• Ensure and report any deviation and misses on cases being received that might be considered as quality incident (QI) and/or may result to a customer complaint;
• Report and raise CAPA and conduct RCA as needed.
