• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Experience leading or supporting a small team.

Responsibilities

• Analyse production volume, arrival patterns and workforce trends to support planning and service delivery.
• Create and update reports used for forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling.
• Work with the Workforce Manager to produce locked forecasts and support workforce planning activities.
• Monitor employee performance, schedules and real-time productivity through regular reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share data and recommendations with leaders by agreed deadlines.
• Consolidate staffing information, including vacation and sick leave data, to support business needs.
• Communicate KPI performance and productivity trends to operational leaders.
• Support and guide a small team as needed.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce team at MMB Operations. This role will be based in Manila – Six/NEO. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Workforce team within MMB Operations plays a key role in supporting business functions through reporting, capacity analysis and workforce planning. As a Team Lead - Workforce Management, you will help ensure service delivery teams are appropriately resourced by providing accurate forecasts, performance reporting and workforce insights that support operational decision-making.

We will count on you to:
