Job summary

Marsh in Manila (Six/NEO) is seeking a Team Lead - Workforce Management for a hybrid role requiring at least three days in the office. Responsibilities

• Monitor employee performance, schedules and real-time productivity through regular reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share data and recommendations with leaders by deadlines.
• Consolidate staffing information, including vacation and sick leave data, to support business needs.
• Communicate KPI performance and productivity trends to operational leaders.
• Support and guide a small team as needed.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce team at MMB Operations. This role will be based in Manila - Six/NEO. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Workforce team within MMB Operations plays a key role in supporting business functions through reporting, capacity analysis and workforce planning. As a Team Lead - Workforce Management , you will help ensure service delivery teams are appropriately resourced by providing accurate forecasts, performance reporting and workforce insights that support operational decision-making.

We will count on you to:

• Analyse production volume, arrival patterns and workforce trends to support planning and service delivery
• Create and update reports used for forecasting, capacity planning and scheduling
• Work with the Workforce Manager to produce locked forecasts and support workforce planning activities
• Monitor employee performance, schedules and real-time productivity through regular reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share data and recommendations with leaders by agreed deadlines
• Consolidate staffing information, including vacation and sick leave data, to support business needs
• Communicate KPI performance and productivity trends to operational leaders
• Support and guide a small team as needed

What you need to have:

• 5-7 years of workforce management experience
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: real-time adherence, scheduling, capacity planning or forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills, including report automation, VBA or macro development, and template creation
• Well-developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Experience leading or supporting a small team
