Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services - Manila is seeking a Team Lead - Internal Audit and Risk to guide audit and risk operations in support of U.S.-based healthcare teams. You will lead a team, drive continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with controls and regulatory standards.

This role provides hands-on audit support during peak periods and coordinates with global leaders to align priorities and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7 years of internal audit or risk management experience required.
• Experience supporting healthcare operations and US-based shared services preferred.
• CPA / CIA / CISA or related certifications are preferred or required within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of internal audit and risk professionals to drive performance and engagement.
• Coordinate with US-based leaders to align priorities, standards and service expectations.
• Manage daily operations including workflow intake, prioritization and resource allocation.
• Perform testing, documentation, issue follow-up and reporting support during audits.
• Drive continuous process improvements across audit and risk workflows.
