Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
• Experience reviewing financial statements and management reports.
• Proven track record in team supervision or project leadership.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in client-service or professional services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of financial reporting engagements.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements per PFRS.
• Review financial statements and management reports for accuracy.
• Ensure timely completion of client deliverables per SLAs.
• Identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
• Monitor timelines, productivity, and budgeted hours.
• Drive process improvements in accounting and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor Senior Accounting Associates and team members.
• Review work for quality and coach performance.
• Coordinate client sign-offs and billing requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and CSAT initiatives.
• Monitor revenue against budgets and profitability.
