• Plan and execute client scope and engagements in line with agreed procedures
• Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and issues to provide solutions and recommendations
• Lead team meetings and performance evaluations
• Mentor and Accounting Analysts
• Monitor team productivity and ensure deliverables meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage client onboarding/offboarding, maintain relationships, and support billing processes
• Improve service delivery practices
