The Qualifications We Seek
Executive and Team Support Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including previous experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams in a Team Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent diary management and travel-booking skills, with the judgement to prioritize, anticipate conflicts, and respond calmly to change
- Experience in coordinating leadership meetings, team cadences, events, offsites, conferences, and engagement activities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with limited supervision
Communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in drafting correspondence, preparing agendas and minutes, and coordinating information for senior audiences
- Strong PowerPoint skills and demonstrated experience in graphic design or visual communication, with the ability to create polished, compelling, and easy-to-understand slide content
- Experience with presentation and design tools, such as PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud, beneficial
Systems and Collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in collaboration and workflow tools desirable
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the Strategy team, Executive Assistant, and Team Assistant community
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, agile, and sometimes ambiguous environment

Your Daily Tasks
Executive & Leadership Support
- Manage diaries and travel arrangements end-to-end, respond calmly and quickly to changes, elevate issues as required, and maintain visibility of high-priority activities.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings and support meeting rhythms through schedule management, bookings, agendas, minutes, and post-meeting follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support, including team communications, internal intranet updates, SharePoint file maintenance, document revisions based on feedback, invoice processing, purchase orders, and document management.
Strategy & Communications Support
- Support the preparation and coordination of Strategy team materials, including leadership updates, strategy sessions, team meetings, town halls, and internal communications using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Apply graphic design and visual communication expertise to develop and improve presentations, slide decks, templates, briefing materials, and other visual communications, with clear, polished, and audience-appropriate outputs.
- Partner with Strategy team members to transform complex information into visually engaging, executive-ready presentations and materials.
Events & Team Coordination
- Assist with the planning and coordination of team activities, events, conferences, offsites, and celebrations, and collaborate with relevant Group Team Assistants as required.
- Support the Strategy team's operating rhythm through the maintenance of Strategy leadership calendars, distribution lists, trackers, and shared resources.
Projects & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support key initiatives and major projects through action tracking, stakeholder coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
Confidentiality & Professional Standards
- Handle sensitive commercial, strategic, and people information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
