Emapta Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning Assistant to support Australian financial planning teams. You will help advisers stay organized, maintain client records, and handle documentation with XPLAN.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on financial planning experience in adviser support or related roles.
• Australian financial planning experience is preferred.
• Experience with financial planning administration, records, and documentation.
• Hands-on XPLAN experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with clients, advisers, and external providers; no sales or cold calling.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client records accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

• Follow up on action items and provide timely status updates.
• Contact external providers to gather required information.
• Conduct online research to support business requirements.
• Set up and maintain client files in the XPLAN system.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 2 years of hands-on financial planning experience in adviser support, financial planning administration, client services, or a related function


• Australian financial planning experience is preferred


• Practical experience with financial planning administration, adviser support, client records, documentation, or related financial planning processes


• Hands-on Xplan experience is preferred


• Experience communicating with clients, financial advisers, external providers, or other stakeholders within a professional financial planning environment


• Experience handling inbound and/or outbound professional calls; no sales or cold calling required


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate client and financial information


• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and outstanding actions


• Effective written and verbal English communication skills
