B. Braun Philippines is seeking an experienced Manager for Tax and Third Party Payable to lead tax compliance, financial reporting, and payable processes.

You will oversee a team, interact with cross-functional partners, and drive process improvements to strengthen the company's financial health. Ideal candidates have a CPA, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 13+ years in finance (10+ years in tax, 3–5 years in AP), and strong knowledge of tax laws, SAP ERP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• At least 13 years of finance experience, including 10 years in corporate tax and 3–5 years in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations; proficient in SAP ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Tax compliance—manage preparation and filing of tax returns, payments, and reconciliations.
• Strategic planning—participate in risk assessments and management reporting.
• Audit and reporting—support internal and external audits and disclosures.
• Tax research—monitor changes in tax laws and prepare memoranda.
• Third party payables—oversee payable processing and process improvements.
• Process improvements—drive month-end and year-end close with best practices.
• People management—lead and develop accounting professionals.
