B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Manager for Tax and Third Party Payable to lead tax compliance, financial reporting and payable operations. Reporting to the CFO, you will oversee a team of accounting professionals and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to strengthen controls and drive improvements.

You should have a CPA with at least 8 years of finance experience, including 6 in tax accounting and 2+ in accounts payable, and proven ability to manage audits and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification.
• 8+ years in finance with 6+ in tax accounting and 2+ in accounts payable.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Proficiency in tax software, Excel, and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance including returns, payments, and reconciliations.
• Lead accounts payable and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Support audits and prepare schedules, disclosures, and reports.
• Manage tax research and liaise with BIR auditors and legal teams.
• Develop the finance team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
