Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a hands-on and detail-oriented Tax Supervisor to manage the full spectrum of tax activities. The role requires independent day-to-day tax work while overseeing compliance, audits, and strategic planning for a hospitality and tech-driven business.

You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, coordinate with BIR and LGUs, manage audits, and provide tax guidance to finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive tax experience.
• Strong expertise in Philippine taxation laws, regulations, and BIR practices.
• Experience in a multinational, hospitality, or tech-driven company is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage BIR audits hands-on while also providing strategic oversight.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or Netsuite accounting system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings and payments.
• Coordinate renewal of business permits and other statutory registrations.
• Represent the company in BIR audits and regulatory examinations.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and related disclosures.
