Ubiquity is seeking a Tax Senior Staff Accountant to join the Global Resource Team. You will work with U.S. tax professionals to prepare returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years of tax prep experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and strong communication skills. This is an onsite role with night shift responsibilities and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Two to three years of relevant tax preparation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite and night shift schedule.

Aufgaben

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities.
• Organize and review client financial information, identifying missing documents, inconsistencies, and questions for the U.S. engagement team.
• Prepare clear, complete workpapers that support tax return calculations and allow for an efficient review.
• Use tax preparation, document management, and workflow software to complete assignments and maintain organized engagement files.
• Keep engagement teams informed of assignment status, outstanding items, and potential delays.
• Address review comments and incorporate feedback into future assignments.
• Assist senior team members with more complex tax matters, including research and specialized projects.
• Participate in training, share knowledge with colleagues, and continue building technical and supervisory skills.
• Follow firm procedures for protecting confidential client information and meeting quality standards.
