Ubiquity is hiring a Tax Senior Staff Accountant to join our Global Resource Team in an in-office role. You will prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and entities, while coordinating with U.S. professionals to ensure accurate and timely work.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle night shift on-site. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of tax experience, familiarity with ProSystem fx and related software, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Two to three years of relevant tax preparation experience.
• Familiarity with tax preparation software including listed tools.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite and Night shift schedule.

Responsabilités

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities.
• Organize and review client financial information, identify missing documents, and questions for the U.S. engagement team.
• Prepare clear, complete workpapers that support tax return calculations.
• Use tax preparation, document management, and workflow software to complete assignments.
• Keep engagement teams informed of assignment status and potential delays.
• Address review comments and incorporate feedback into future work.
• Assist senior team members with more complex tax matters including research.
• Participate in training and share knowledge with colleagues to build skills.
• Follow firm procedures for protecting confidential client information and quality standards.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

CPA or Enrolled Agent certification or progress toward credential
