Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA or EA credential progression is preferred or required soon.
• Experience with U.S. tax engagement workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other entities.
• Organize and review client financial information, and raise questions for the U.S. engagement team.
• Prepare workpapers to support tax return calculations and enable efficient reviews.
• Use tax software to complete assignments and maintain organized engagement files.
• Keep engagement teams informed of status and potential delays.
• Address review comments and incorporate feedback into future work.
• Assist senior team members with complex tax matters, including research.
• Participate in training and share knowledge to build technical and supervisory skills.
• Follow firm procedures to protect confidential information and meet quality standards.
