ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Tax and Compliance Manager in the Philippines. The role ensures adherence to Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements, including BIR, PEZA, SEC, and LGU regulations.

You will lead tax reporting, audits, regulatory filings, and risk management to support business objectives. Requires CPA with at least 5 years in taxation, accounting, and regulatory compliance, plus hands-on BIR and PEZA audit experience.

Qualifications

• CPA and minimum 5 years of experience in taxation, accounting and regulatory compliance are required.
• Expertise in BIR, PEZA, SEC and LGU compliance is essential.
• Hands-on experience managing BIR and PEZA audits and PEZA reportorial requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tax filings, provisions, reconciliations and reporting.
• Lead audits with BIR and PEZA and coordinate government inspections.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on tax and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal and business units to support reporting.
