Planet Pharma is seeking a sales professional to expand adoption of advanced Structural Heart technologies in the Philippine market. You will develop territory plans, engage physicians, hospitals, and procurement teams, and drive commercial execution.

The role requires 2+ years of TAVI sales experience, strong relationship management, and a proactive, independent approach to building a territory from the ground up in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience selling TAVI products.
• Experience with medical device manufacturers or Structural Heart distribution.
• Strong hospital sales process knowledge and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of sales growth in competitive markets.
• Ability to work independently and build a territory from ground up.
• Energetic, resilient and proactive in business development.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory growth plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Build relationships with interventional cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cath lab teams and procurement stakeholders.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across target hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Deliver product presentations and clinical value propositions to healthcare professionals.
• Support educational programmes, workshops and clinical activities with internal clinical teams.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans and CRM records.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers and provide ongoing commercial support.
