Responsibilities include posting jobs, leveraging ATS and recruitment tools, and promoting the employer brand. The role supports a hybrid work setup and requires strong communication across teams.

Formación

• 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting or talent administration is required.
• Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training within first 90 days is required.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Review and post attractive job adverts on job boards to boost candidate interest.
• Use various sourcing methods on online boards, networks and databases to attract candidates.
• Initiate contact with candidates and provide information about opportunities.
