Job summary

Cielo Recruiter roles focus on service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client and delivering proactive, timely communication on the status of the search.

As a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, you will provide consultative direction to hiring leaders, lead intake meetings with managers, develop sourcing strategies, and keep candidates engaged from start to offer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities
