Job summary

Cielo is the world's leading Talent Acquisition Partner. The Senior Talent Consultant provides strategic talent sourcing solutions to client organizations, collaborating with senior leadership and HR to design comprehensive attraction strategies that align with business goals.

Mode of work: Hybrid (1-2 days per month). Shift Timings: APAC 3rd Shift (8 PM–5 AM PH time). All information is kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least 2 industries.
• Global sourcing exposure preferred.
• Proficient with ATS, automation tools, and specialized sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to understand client workforce needs.
• Oversee recruitment processes including job profiling, sourcing, assessment, and selection.
• Promote employer brand to attract top talent.
• Conduct market research on talent trends and benchmarks.
• Maintain talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices.
• Use data analytics to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve processes.
• Manage relationships with agencies, job boards, and vendors.
