Responsibilities

• Source relevant and high-quality candidates for priority vacancies.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines and talent pools across markets, locations, sectors and skillsets.
• Conduct proactive talent research and market-mapping projects.
• Identify and research potential candidates for live vacancies and future needs.
• Add relevant candidates to outreach campaigns for consultant follow-up.
• Research target organisations, market activity and hiring trends as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate, company and contact information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand search requirements and brief changes.
• Use consultant feedback to improve candidate identification quality.
