Job summary

Our Clients in Pasig City is seeking a Talent Sourcing Manager to lead the sourcing function and develop strategies to attract, identify, and engage qualified candidates for the organization’s hiring requirements. The role oversees sourcing activities, manages pipelines, and partners with Recruitment and Hiring teams to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.

The role requires 5–8+ years in recruitment and 2–3 years in leadership, with strong knowledge of Boolean search and various sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or executive search.
• At least 2–3 years of experience managing or leading a sourcing/recruitment team.
• Experience in technology, IT, telecommunications, digital, or other fast-paced industries is preferred.
• Strong experience in end-to-end sourcing strategies, talent mapping, passive candidate engagement, and pipeline development.
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities.

Job Description:

The Talent Sourcing Manager will lead the sourcing function and develop strategies to attract, identify, and engage qualified candidates for the organization’s hiring requirements. The role oversees sourcing activities, manages sourcing channels and pipelines, monitors team performance, and partners closely with Recruitment and Hiring teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies based on workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Identify appropriate sourcing channels, platforms, communities, and networks for different talent requirements.
• Conduct market mapping and talent research for specialized, hard-to-fill, and volume positions.

Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Recruitment Sourcers or Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Set team objectives, sourcing targets, and performance expectations.
• Conduct regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to improve sourcing capabilities.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Oversee the identification and qualification of potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies rather than relying solely on active applicants.
• Build and maintain talent communities and pipelines for recurring or high-volume roles.

Sourcing Channels & Tools

• Maximize the use of job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, databases, talent communities, and other sourcing platforms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and recommend improvements or changes.
• Monitor sourcing trends and emerging recruitment technologies to improve candidate discovery and engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner closely with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers, HR, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Clarify job requirements, candidate qualifications, target profiles, and sourcing priorities.
• Provide market insights regarding talent availability, candidate expectations, compensation trends, and sourcing challenges.

Process Improvement

• Develop and standardize sourcing processes, guidelines, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing turnaround time, candidate quality, and pipeline generation.
• Introduce innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment approaches.
