Job summary

Spectra360 is seeking a US Talent Sourcer to drive outbound recruitment for passive candidates. You will screen and schedule interviews with Recruiters, build talent pipelines, and maintain strong candidate relationships in a fast-paced, on-site Cebu IT Park office.

Successful applicants will have English fluency, US recruitment exposure, and the ability to handle high-volume outreach on a US shift. The role includes a competitive salary, allowances, and benefits in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential candidates via social media, job boards, and networks.
• Make outbound calls, send texts and emails to passive candidates.
• Screen candidates for opportunities and schedule with Recruiters.
• Coordinate with recruiters to determine position requirements.
• Identify candidate profiles using sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
• Place follow-up calls to confirm interviews, day-before or same day.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ask for referrals from potential candidates.
• Promote the client brand while qualifying candidates.
• Maintain KPI targets monthly.

US TALENT SOURCER

The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for making outbound calls, text messages and emails to passive candidates, screening them for potential job opportunities and scheduling them with the appropriate Recruiter while providing ongoing customer service to ensure a successful interview process.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• With Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Talent Sourcing for either Local or International market. US Recruitment experience is preferred.
• Applicants with at least 6 months of BPO (Voice) experience working for a US based LOB (Line of Business), will also be considered.
• Willing to handle volume outbound calls.
• Can work onsite and work on a US shift: 8am to 5pm PST or 8am to 5pm Eastern Time
• Night shift experience is a must.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.

Job Description:

• Coordinate with the recruiters to determine job position requirements.

• Place follow up calls to talents to confirm interviews either the night before or the same day of the interview.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Ask for referrals from potential candidates.
• Promote the client brand while qualifying candidates.
• Communicate with past/passive applicants regarding new job opportunities.
• Lead mining/generation (source out potential candidates through various channels).
• Ensure that individual KPI targets are met consistently every month.

Please expect a phone call interview from 8am-2pm Local PH Time, Mon-Fri, except holidays and weekends if selected for the screening process.
