MonetizeMore is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead global recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers across multiple business functions. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and scalable processes within a global, remote-friendly People & Culture team.

This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement, leveraging AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruiter productivity across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably within a global or remote organization.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
• Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full cycle recruitment for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets.
• Source, engage, and assess high quality talent through proactive sourcing and networks.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow up.
