Job summary

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, source proactively, and guide candidates from first contact to offer, while maintaining a precise ATS and reporting on progress. With 3–4 years of recruitment experience and strong communication skills, you will grow into a TA Business Partner role, supporting employer branding and process improvements

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency/headhunting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence speaking to candidates and senior stakeholders.
• High trainability: accepts feedback, quickly learns new methods, and applies them.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across commercial, creative, tech, and corporate functions.
• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and outreach, not just job boards.
• Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
• Screen and assess candidates with structured scorecards, and present clear recommendations.
