The role emphasizes coordinating interviews with employers and guiding candidates through the application process, aiming to maximize successful job placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or career support is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, SMS coordination).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and employers.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess candidate profiles and resumes.
• Identify suitable job openings from Jobley career pages and other sourcing platforms.
• Match candidates with opportunities aligned with their skills and qualifications.
• Provide recommendations to enhance resumes and profiles to improve hiring potential.
• Clearly communicate employer requirements and expectations to candidates.
• Guide candidates through the application and interview process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and job seekers.
• Assist employers with interview logistics as needed.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of competent and qualified candidates.
• Monitor interview progress and follow up on feedback.
• Work toward maximizing successful placements.
