Job summary

Podcast Network Asia is seeking a proactive Talent Manager to lead podcaster onboarding, roster engagement, and creator development. You will be the primary advocate and strategic partner for our network's hosts and creators, ensuring seamless show launches and sustained talent retention across multiple shows.

Collaborating with Brand Partnerships and Account Management, you will pitch roster talent for sponsorships, host-read ads, and campaigns, while coordinating show production best practices

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in Talent Management, Creator Relations or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine podcasting and creator economy.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Organized in managing rosters, contracts, and multi-show campaigns using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard podcasters, influencers, and creators.
• Advise on audience growth, content strategy, and show production best practices.
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships and Sales to pitch talent for sponsorships.
• Manage onboarding workflows, agreements, and revenue disclosures.
• Foster community via network updates, workshops, and knowledge-sharing.
