Podcast Network Asia is seeking a Junior Account Manager to act as the day-to-day liaison between brand partners and internal production teams. You will help campaigns run smoothly, ensure timely asset delivery, and provide accurate performance reports.

The role requires 1–2 years in account management or related fields, excellent English communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace and CRM usage. This is a fast-paced agency environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, agency operations, digital media planning, or client service.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary daily contact for brand clients, addressing inquiries, gathering campaign briefs, and sending regular updates.
• Track campaign timelines, schedule podcast ad drops, and ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
• Compile, analyze, and present weekly and monthly campaign analytics for client review.
• Partner with Creative, Production, and Sales teams to facilitate onboarding, invoice follow-ups, and project handoffs.
