Job summary

Podcast Network Asia is seeking a Podcast Manager to coordinate day-to-day podcaster operations, publish content across platforms, and manage creator relations. You will bridge hosts with internal teams and drive timely show production and distribution.

The role requires 1–2 years in media coordination or related fields, strong copywriting skills, and hands-on experience with podcast platforms and social publishing workflows. Occasional on-site presence in Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Success, Creator Operations, Media Coordination, Social Media Management, or Agency Account Coordination.
• Publishing & Platform Literacy: Hands-on experience with podcast distribution platforms and social publishing workflows.
• Strong Copywriting & Communication: Clear, error-free social captions, show notes, and communications.
• Problem-Solving & Agility: Highly organized with prioritization for multiple shows under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Show & Creator Coordination: act as main operational contact for podcast shows and cross-functional teams.
• Onboarding & Show Launch: guide new podcasters through RSS and production schedules.
• Content Publishing & Distribution: manage end-to-end publishing across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, social platforms.
• Copywriting & Content Asset Messaging: draft episode descriptions, captions, show notes, promos.
• Cross-Functional Production Alignment: coordinate sponsorship deliverables with Sales, Creatives, Production, and AM.
• Escalation & Issue Resolution: identify bottlenecks and implement fast operational fixes.
