Job summary

Podcast Network Asia is seeking a Podcast Manager to coordinate day-to-day podcaster operations, publish content across platforms, and manage creator relations. You will bridge hosts with internal teams and drive timely show production and distribution.

The role requires 1–2 years in media coordination or related fields, strong copywriting skills, and hands-on experience with podcast platforms and social publishing workflows. Occasional on-site presence in Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Problem-Solving & Agility: Highly organized with prioritization for multiple shows under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Show & Creator Coordination: act as main operational contact for podcast shows and cross-functional teams.
• Onboarding & Show Launch: guide new podcasters through RSS and production schedules.
• Content Publishing & Distribution: manage end-to-end publishing across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, social platforms.

• Cross-Functional Production Alignment: coordinate sponsorship deliverables with Sales, Creatives, Production, and AM.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, media-savvy Podcast Manager to lead day-to-day podcaster coordination, content publishing, and creator relations. In this operational role, you will serve as the primary bridge between our podcast hosts, internal production teams, and cross-functional departments. You will manage end-to-end podcast episode publishing across audio and social media platforms, write engaging copy for episode releases, and ensure show schedules, sponsorships, and deliverables run seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Show & Creator Coordination: Act as the main operational contact for key podcast shows, conducting regular check-ins, tracking show health, and managing smooth day-to-day coordination between creators and internal teams.
• Onboarding & Show Launch: Guide newly onboarded podcasters through network workflows, RSS feed configurations, production schedules, and initial show setups to ensure smooth operational handoffs.
• Content Publishing & Distribution: Oversee and manage the end-to-end publishing of podcast episodes, promotional clips, show assets, and digital content across key social media and distribution platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Copywriting & Content Asset Messaging: Write clear, engaging, and platform-optimized copy for episode descriptions, social media captions, show notes, and promotional assets to drive listener engagement and show visibility.
• Cross-Functional Production Alignment: Work closely with the Sales, Creatives, Production, and Account Management teams to coordinate client sponsorship deliverables, host-read ad recordings, and ensure show production timelines are hit 100% on schedule.
• Escalation & Issue Resolution: Identify potential delivery bottlenecks, recording delays, or content misalignments early, implementing swift operational solutions to safeguard creator and partner relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Creator Operations, Media Coordination, Social Media Management, or Agency Account Coordination within digital media, advertising, or entertainment environments.
• Publishing & Platform Literacy: Hands-on experience with podcast distribution platforms (Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts Connect, RSS feeds) and social media publishing workflows (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok, Instagram).
• Strong Copywriting & Communication Skills: Excellent written English and Filipino copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling, error-free social media captions, episode descriptions, show notes, and clear creator communications.
• Problem-Solving & Agility: Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization capabilities to manage content schedules and episode releases for multiple podcast shows under fast-paced production deadlines.
