Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Talent Development Analyst to support data management, reporting, and administration for talent programs across the organization. You will operate as the primary data resource, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of insights to leadership.

The role emphasizes analytics, governance, and stakeholder coordination, with a focus on improving reporting efficiency and program administration within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Completed at least two (2) years of college education.
• Two years of experience in administrative support, reporting, analytics, HR operations, or related functions.
• Experience handling large datasets, trackers, and reporting requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources related to Talent Development initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and automate reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor key metrics and provide insights on participation, completion, compliance, and program effectiveness.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reporting outputs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
