Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to support our clients' operational hiring across Australia. The role involves managing multiple requisitions, building pipelines, and ensuring a high standard of stakeholder engagement and candidate experience.

You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, run intake discussions with hiring managers, and ensure compliance and governance across recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of global recruitment experience.
• Experienced in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
• Comfortable recruiting operational, blue-collar, logistics, transport, industrial, or technical workforces.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer stage.
• Running intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates across multiple vacancies.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing volume hiring needs.
• Providing regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all recruitment activities are documented within the ATS and recruitment systems.
• Managing recruitment processes in line with compliance and governance requirements.
• Driving recruitment outcomes while maintaining a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Running intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates. Managing multiple vacancies concurrently across various locations.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing volume hiring needs.
• Providing regular recruitment updates and market insights to stakeholders.
• Ensuring all recruitment activities are accurately documented within the ATS and recruitment systems.
• Managing recruitment processes in line with compliance and governance requirements.
• Driving recruitment outcomes while maintaining a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of global recruitment experience
• Experienced in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment.
