EY in Taguig is seeking a Talent Attraction Lead for Oceania (Assistant Director) to drive recruitment strategy across APAC and lead a high-performing team. You will partner with senior leaders, design sourcing plans, and deliver exceptional hiring experiences for candidates and managers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with candidates and stakeholders from multiple countries and cultures across APAC.
• Familiar with offshore supporting model.
• Experience using recruitment systems (ideally Success Factors).
• Experienced in talent sourcing and driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions in a large, matrix environment.
• Knowledge of international hiring principles including some understanding of international labor laws.

Aufgaben

• Report to the GTA Oceania Lead and collaborate with GTA Lead to monitor team utilization of available sourcing tools and technologies.
• Manage Talent Attraction to support requirements across open roles in Oceania.
• Ensure seamless delivery of sourcing plans and strategies to provide an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
• Evaluate and monitor individual and assigned team productivity, measures of success, and SLA achievement, if applicable.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports. Closely work with TA Lead to create a solid support developmental plan for underperforming direct reports.
