Job summary

EY’s Global Talent Attraction team is based in McKinley, Taguig, supporting UK&I recruitment. As a Talent Attraction Senior Specialist, you will identify, engage and assess talent for priority roles, working with Recruiters to strengthen capability across the team.

You will build targeted sourcing strategies, use multiple channels to engage diverse candidates, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions, while driving excellent candidate experience and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in talent attraction, recruitment or direct sourcing.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies for specialist or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using data and market insight to support recruitment decisions.
• Experience partnering with recruiters or hiring teams in a complex organisation.
• Knowledge of the UK&I talent market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver targeted sourcing strategies for priority roles in UK&I.
• Use a range of sourcing channels to identify diverse talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements.
• Engage candidates professionally and provide a positive candidate experience.
