EY is seeking a Talent Attraction Consultant for the Oceania market, based in Taguig with the Global Talent Attraction Team. You will lead strategic sourcing, engage stakeholders, and nurture a diverse candidate pool to meet EY's growth goals.

You will partner with recruiters and business leaders to craft compelling campaigns, interview candidates, and ensure a superior candidate experience while upholding EY's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six years recruitment experience with a proven track record of innovative sourcing strategies.
• Experience in tax & legal advisory recruitment or cross-functional hiring across Oceania.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Oceania teams and clients.
• Ability to analyze market data to advise on sourcing strategies and talent priority.
