• Experience in tax & legal advisory or cross-functional expertise across HR, finance, IT, branding/marketing, risk management, business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing for the Oceania market and collaborate with hiring teams and recruiters.
• Elevate candidate experience by conducting insightful interviews and fostering inclusion.
• Analyze market data to craft innovative sourcing strategies and build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate on marketing and employer branding initiatives to position EY as a premier destination.
• Meet key performance targets aligned with EY's talent acquisition strategy.
