Responsibilities

• Conduct and administer psychological and pre-employment assessments in accordance with professional standards.
• Score, interpret, and prepare assessment results and candidate profiles.
• Support the recruitment team in evaluating candidates based on competencies, behavioral characteristics, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial and competency-based interviews when required.
• Provide assessment insights and recommendations to hiring managers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ensure proper documentation and secure handling of assessment records.
• Assist in developing and improving talent assessment processes and tools.
• Support assessment-related activities for recruitment, promotion, succession, and employee development.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams regarding candidate assessment schedules and results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable psychological testing standards, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate assessment records and reports.
• Stay updated on assessment practices, recruitment trends, and relevant psychometric tools.
