Job summary

Megaworld at The Fort, Taguig City, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and train incoming and existing Property Specialists, support internal and external events, and drive end-to-end recruitment for the Department, including vacancies for Marketing Staff.

You will screen and interview applicants, manage recruitment data, assist in training programs and events, and contribute to Sales Orientation and Department activities.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified applicants through online job postings, regular social media recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and development of an internal employee referral system
• Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for Sales and Staff positions
• Handle administrative tasks, including encoding and maintaining applicant information in the recruitment tracker and talent pool
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports and submit monthly recruitment requirements to the immediate head
• Provide overall assistance in the planning and execution of training programs and internal and external events under the Department
• Provide support during the Sales Orientation Program
• Serve as an event moderator and assist in the successful execution of Department programs and activities
