Motolite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analytics Specialist in the Philippines to drive workforce insights, market intelligence, forecasting, and TA system support. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, TA analytics, or BI.
• Experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide external labor market insights to support hiring strategy and workforce competitiveness.
• Develop workforce planning dashboards based on headcount, productivity, attrition, and growth plans.
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual hiring forecasts by function and site.
• Administer ATS and recruitment modules within HRIS platforms; ensure data integrity.
• Create dashboards for time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance.
• Train TA users on system processes and reporting tools.
