Job summary

Save 'N Earn Sales Inc. in the Philippines seeks an HR professional to manage recruitment, training, and development across multiple branches in Bohol and the Visayas. The role requires end-to-end recruitment expertise, LMS familiarity, and strong confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, solid organizational and leadership skills, and willingness to travel regularly to branches. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, training and development, or general HR functions.
• Experience in retail, telecommunications, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience in developing, facilitating, and coordinating employee training programs.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and DOLE regulations.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and reporting skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using digital HR tools and recruitment platforms.
• Willing to travel regularly to branches across Bohol and the Visayas.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-branch retail environment.
