Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Qualifications in Human Resources or Business Administration advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
• Attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanour when interacting with candidates and staff.
• Understanding of recruitment best practices and following established procedures.
• Initiative and willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
• Experience with social media recruitment or digital job boards desirable.

Responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare and distribute job advertisements across recruitment channels and job boards.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems.
• Conduct initial telephone or email screening with prospective candidates.
• Prepare interview materials, including guides and candidate profiles.
• Process offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documents.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team during busy periods.
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring progress.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with employee referral programmes and internal job postings.
