Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO recruitment preferred.
• Familiar with major recruitment portals.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building with hiring managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals.
• Plan and conduct candidate interviews following client requirements.
• Shortlist candidates based on tests and resumes.
• Coordinate background checks and references.
• Prepare and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and timely updates.
• Update ATS and generate recruitment reports.
• Support TA team during peak periods.
• Pursue continuous improvement and learning.
