Job summary

Pinnacle Intelligence Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our recruitment operations onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. You will design and execute strategies, source top talent, and manage candidate experience across the full hiring cycle.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain compliant processes, and support onboarding, with a mid-shift schedule (12:00 PM–9:00 PM) as required. A 3–5 year track record in recruitment and strong English skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, competency profiling, interviewing, and behavioral assessments.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, executive, support, and leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms and tools.
• Flexible and willing to work on shifting or rotating schedules.
• Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a mid-shift work schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (or adjusted based on operational requirement).

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling job postings and recruitment materials.
• Ensure postings comply with policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate applicant logs and recruitment records.
• Optimize sourcing channels for a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
• Build and manage candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs.
• Conduct candidate screenings aligned with criteria.
• Deliver shortlists to hiring managers for evaluation.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and notifications.
• Perform pre-offer checks such as reference checks when required.
• Participate in recruiter certification activities including calibration and observation sessions.
• Support the TA Manager in achieving team productivity and performance goals.
• Foster strong partnerships with Operations and Business Unit stakeholders.
• Lead calibration sessions to align on role profiles and hiring expectations.
• Ensure timely and transparent communication through meetings, calls, and reports.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics daily/weekly/monthly.
• Maintain organized documentation to meet audit standards.
• Accurately update applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Recommend process enhancements and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Manage post-offer processes including background checks, regulatory clearances, and medical requirements.
• Maintain candidate engagement through onboarding.
• Coordinate start dates and handovers with HR, Training, and stakeholders.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding activities as needed.
• Support documentation collection for pre-employment requirements.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Pinnacle Intelligence's Recruitment Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our hiring engine forward. Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Operations

• Craft compelling job postings and recruitment materials that resonate with qualified candidates.

5. Leadership and Support

• Provide mentorship and guidance to recruitment support staff.
• Prepare and distribute daily recruitment updates to leadership.

6. Attrition Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor attrition trends and contribute to retention initiatives.
• Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment policies and practices.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support business objectives and uphold our Quality Management System.
