Job summary

Vantage Financial Corporation seeks an HR Recruiter to source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive onboarding processes in the Manila area. You will manage offers, collect pre-employment documents, and ensure smooth entry for new hires within a dynamic recruitment team.

Candidate experience in recruitment and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and a quick learner of new tech will support daily HR functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in HR handling recruitment.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher) with the ability to learn new technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sources for talents using different channels (Job Street, Social Media, School/Job Fair).
• Screens for talents based on education, experience, and skill requirements.
• Invites screened talents for face-to-face or online interview to assess competency.
• Administers and checks written examinations for candidates from head office.
• Assists in administering and checking written examinations from branches.
• Conducts face-to-face interviews for head office candidates and video conferences for branch candidates.
• Endorses qualified candidates to line leaders for next-level interview.
• Coordinates and endorses HO candidates to HRBP for assessment.
• Updates Recruitment Monitoring Report daily and consolidates data weekly.
• Prepares job offers for identified candidates and endorses to HRBP for review.
• Sends job offers via email and discusses with provincial candidates.
• Explains pre-employment requirements and tracks submission before onboarding.
• Collects pre-employment documents and coordinates with HRIS for encoding.
• Finalizes NEO participants monthly and endorses documents for contract prep.
• Coordinates with CLD to endorse NEO list.
• Prepares New Hire Announcements for candidates prior to onboarding.
• Requests tools and equipment for new hires.
• Processes enrolment of payroll bank applications.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
