• 3+ years of recruitment experience for e-commerce and creative roles.
• Experience recruiting for DTC or performance-marketing-driven companies is a strong plus.
• Comfort evaluating creative portfolios (design, video, content) as well as e-commerce/ops backgrounds.
• Strong sourcing skills—don’t just post and pray.
• Excellent written communication; craft sharp JDs and warm candidate emails.
• Ability to work core hours aligned to CET.
• Remote, independent work in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

Facelove Cosmetics is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand built for women over 40, with a strong presence across the US and EU markets.

The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for our e-commerce and creative functions — from writing job descriptions through sourcing, screening, and offer coordination. You'll work closely with our HR Manager and hiring stakeholders to keep our contractor and full-time pipelines full of strong, vetted candidates.

This is a hands-on recruiting role, not a coordination-only role. You'll be expected to source proactively, run structured screens, and bring sharp judgment to who's actually a fit — not just who looks good on paper.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for e-commerce (media buying, growth, ops) and creative (design, video, content, strategy) roles Write and refine job descriptions that attract the right candidates and filter out the wrong ones
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels — not just wait for inbound applicants
• Screen resumes and portfolios, run initial interviews, and produce structured, comparable candidate assessments for hiring managers
• Coordinate interview scheduling across time zones with hiring managers and founders
• Draft and help negotiate offers, and support onboarding handoff for new hires
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in our hiring systems (GoHire, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Flag pipeline or spec issues early — if a role's requirements are producing no viable candidates, bring evidence and options rather than continuing to source blindly
• Spot resume and portfolio red flags (inflated experience, reused/scraped creative work, unverifiable claims) before they reach final interviews

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a track record hiring specifically for e-commerce and creative roles
• Experience recruiting for DTC or performance-marketing-driven companies is a strong plus
• Comfortable evaluating creative portfolios (design, video, content) as well as more traditional e-commerce/ops backgrounds
• Strong sourcing skills — you don't just post and pray
• Excellent written communication; you can write both a sharp JD and a warm, human candidate email
• Ability to work core hours aligned to CET
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, fast-moving environment
• Experience with hiring/ATS tools such as GoHire and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
